Use of Material Management Techniques& Softwares on Construction Project

Abstract

Use of Material Management techniques& software’s on construction project” is anto made on studying and analyzing the various techniques and software’s on construction sites.  Material management is a critical component of construction industry. The construction companies and contractors need to understand the effects of proper material management techniques on project execution. A properly implemented material management program can achieve the time flow of materials and equipments to the job site and minimize all the losses related to work with lower cost. In this project we have prepare a scheme of material management in construction industries and apply ABC analysis and EOQ analysis to site data to inventory control. The various software’s which are used in material management are studied in this project and information collected related to use it.
