This paper clarifies the utilization of precipitation information got from Advanced Microwave Scanning Radiometer (AMSR) 2 for the identification of surge. The information got, if convenient used aides in the moderation of surges and helps to diminish the death rate. (AMSR) 2 is an inactive microwave sensor and it can record microwave vitality radiated by the environment, reflected from the surface, discharged from the surface or transmitted from the subsurface.
