WCM (World Class Manufacturing) technique: A CASE STUDY

Abstract


The idea of WCM (global elegance production) came into image earlier than and after world struggle-II through a eastern automobile company FIAT in the 12 months 1926. The organisation followed paradigm shift from their conventional technique to modern technique of WCM method and developing new format to improve product pleasant & reduce price, get rid of losses in all of the procedure. modern competitive environment forces the groups to decrease their losses together with improving their product excellent, as well as developing new method  in short length of time. As a result, all commercial enterprise oriented people are looking for out the ways and method to take advantage of patron needs with an extreme stress of pleasing the purchaser demand.  thus, the agencies have to paintings in concurrence with the development of practices that assist the implementation of WCM strategies.
