Study on Behavior Based Safety in Construction Site

Abstract


To study the safe behavior of participants in one among the leading south Indian construction company. This study is mainly focused on finding out the stimulus which leads to the unsafe behavior in the workers and trains them to work in a safe manner through behavior based safety approach.
