Abstract


Knowledge is the theoretical understanding of a subject and an awareness of the associated practical know-how. Ability is synonymous with capability, or competence to face the hazards and capacity to fight against adverse situations of life. They relate to a particular occupation. You may have learned technical skills from past work experience, school, or training. These skills are often included in job listings to describe the tasks of a position. Soft skills refer to personal attributes that enable someone to interact effectively and harmoniously with other people, enabling one to accomplish a job successfully.
