The Research of Thermal Loading at Combustion Chamber of Engine

Sumit Narayan, Prakash Kumar

Abstract

Experiments were conducted to take a look at convection in three specific engine blocks. Use of three engine blocks machined from patent Aluminium. Cylinder Block, Cylinder Block with fins & rectangular Block with fins is used. In the cylinder block first-rate warmers had been equipped to mimic heating at places. Temperatures at diverse places were measured. Few experimental facts are in comparison with CFD results via Fluent.
