Design & Optimization of Automated Power Hacksaw Machine for Multiple Cutting

Mr. HemantSingh Raghuwanshi, Mr. Tanmay Awasthi

Abstract

The target of Automatic Saw Cutting venture is to cut the metals and woods consequently without labor. There is a self-weight joined with the responding system to give the important descending power required for the hacksaw sharp edge to cut the work-piece. At the point when a piece has been cut, a breaking point switch will naturally offer sign to stop the engine promptly, which is detected by the microcontroller. In the event that we need more pieces to be cut, at that point we begin the activity again until the predefined number of work-pieces has not been cut. A pneumatic barrel or a seat savvy is utilized for holding the work-piece when cutting task is going on.
