PLANNING AND SCHEDULING RESIDENTIAL BUILDING USING PRIMAVERA SOFTWARE

Abstract


Planning, scheduling and controlling is more important in the projects. This specialization requires more focused project planning and controlling techniques that prove to be better for certain types of projects. Planning leads to improved performance in terms of cost, schedule and operations, balancing the competing needs of a project. Planning is used to tracking of work and cost control of the project. This project mainly doing for residential building using primavera p6 software. This paper tries to explain about the two storey residential building planning, scheduling using the primavera p6 software.
