Analysis and Simulation of Energy Efficient Optimal Scenarios for Cluster Based Routing Protocol in Wireless Sensor Network

Abstract


The paper involves the simulation of a cluster based routing protocol in Wireless Sensor Network (WSN). A WSN comprises of various sensor nodes connected to each other for performing collaborative tasks. Due to limited resource of battery, the sensors get deprived of energy and the network dies. The aim of paper is to simulate and analyze   the optimal scenarios in terms of energy efficiency in WSN for cluster based routing protocol. The homogenous Low adaptive hierarchy (LEACH). Protocol has been implemented. Analysis is being done on the following basis, introducing the concept of zones and super cluster head in the deployed wireless sensor network.
