Ranking the Factors Affecting the Service Quality of Retailer by SDV-MOORA Technique

Abstract


Today, if any organization wants to sustain in this competitive environment, he and his trading partners have to work hard in all fields including the quality of service they are providing. In this paper, an attempt has been made to identify and rank the various factors affecting the service quality of the retailer, an important partner of the organization. Among the various available MCDM techniques, a relatively new technique Standard Deviation and Multi Objective optimization on the basis of ratio analysis (SDV-MOORA) has been used for this purpose.
