Planning, Scheduling, Resource Allocation & Risk Analysis of an Industrial Project using Primavera P6

Mr Pramod Sharma, Mr M. C. Paliwal

Abstract

In this study, I am comparing a working project with a previously completed project of same aspect, for this research work we have chosen Nahar Industry new block, mandideep, Bhopal. Which is on the verge of execution. For planning, scheduling and resource allocation we are using project management tool Primavera P6 8.3. From the examination, it is discovered, how the task is arranged, the succession of work and connecting connections between exercises for the entire venture. In end it is comprehended that, it is vital to understand that there will be changes to the calendar rationale and also contrasts between the arranged advancement and real advancement. In light of the distinctions the calendar
should be changed in order to finish the venture easily.
