Nursing Care Planning for Children
Abstract
The health care process represents a system of interrelated and dependent steps in solving the health problems of patients, based on teamwork and monitoring quality of health care. Through planning and the process of health care, a positive interaction is achieved between the nurse and the patient. With planned health care, we get individual, continuous and quality health care, good communication, as well as the ability to research and improve nursing practice.
