Precast Concrete Construction - A Step Towards Sustainable Developments

Abstract

In order to fulfil the demand of urban population with sustainable development objective, precast concrete construction system in housing project is the ideal solution. This paper highlights the feature of precast system: the 3-P precast building system. The sustainability aspects of building construction need to be factored in for industrial housing construction. This building system was evolved and perfected to reduce the waste, save energy, save water, and create a pollution free environment with smart construction methodology.
