Online Voting System with End to End Encryption and SMS Acknowledgement

Abstract


Our proposed work in this project is to secure the online voting system by introducing the encrypting the original data and receiving the original data by same encryption key. In previous days, the original message will be encrypted and the encrypted message will be decrypted.so the hackers will easily hack the original message then the immediate action will be denial of service or session hijacking or masquerade or active or passive attacks by the hackers. In modern days, there will be lot of encryption and decryption techniques are available. Even though the advanced encryption techniques available but it is failed to hackers. When comparing to previous methodologies, the election commission used the ballot method but it takes more time to compute the result. At the same time it consumes much resources and money. By the by it is not good at security wise. There will be lot of security and economic issues when we using a ballot methodologies.Additionally in the present status, there is no such application being used for computerized framework for casting a ballot as indicated by the casting a ballot structure existing in the nation. All the Election procedures are carried out by the authorized authorities according to the jobs assigned by the ECI. The fact is all the procedures are carried out manually, starting from the registration process to result publishing. It also verifies the security services like Authentication, Authorization, Accessibility, and Availability.
