A REVIEW PAPER ON ADVANCEMENT OF ENERGY METER READING

Abstract


Advance meter reading(AMR) is considered to be the leading area with the changing scenario of the electrical industry. For attaining an efficient solution for proper reading measurement with best optimization solution, this is an area, which needs more focus.Most commonly adopted system which can be in the AMR projects use radio frequency//broadband over power lines for ended connection and power line carrier from the DCU to the multimeters which transmit the data to different based on the need for dedicated communication networks, which they could control.
