Abstract

The main focus is on Intercell Interference Coordination (ICIC) technique in Heterogeneous network (HetNet) deployments, where macro and Pico cells independently optimize their downlink transmission with coordination, here we make this strategic coexistence as a multiple system aiming to joint interference management and cell association using tools from reinforcement Learning, agents sense the environment and self-adapt based on local information to maximize network performance mainly using parameters like Channel State Information (CSI), Channel Quality Indicator (CQI) that are fed back from the receiver. Especially Time domain ICIC scenario and propose formulation are explored using simulation tool ‘GNU Radio’ which has Reconfigurable blocks that easily adapt to different network architecture and protocols. Lime SDR Suite is linked to GNU Radio in order to carry out Implementation.
