Ferromagnetic Mn-Doped Copper Oxide Nanoparticles: Synthesis and Surface Features
Abstract
Antiferromagnetic copper oxide nanoparticles are a kind of novel functional materials focuses on the recent development and various strategies in preparation, structure and magnetic properties. Ferromagnetic properties have been observed in 2 wt% of Mn doped-CuO nanoparticles were successfully prepared by microwave assisted solvothermal method. XRD, SEM were used to characterize the structure features of the product. Ferromagnetic (FM) nature of Mn-doped CuO nanoparticles were studied using VSM analysis.
